Admission

Ontario Health at Home (Home and Community Care Support Services Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant) determines eligibility to Norview Lodge, determines priority for admission and manages the waiting list for the home.

The criteria for admission includes the requirements for on-site 24-hour nursing care, assistance with daily living activities, be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid Ontario Health Card.
