Partner Establishment Terms of Use - Government

Vouchers can be redeemed at Partner Establishments until October 31, 2023.
Partner Establishments should be tourism-related, such as tours, restaurants, and tourism experience operators, etc. Norfolk County reserves the right to accept or reject businesses as according to the mandate of project.
Partner Establishments indemnify Norfolk County from any and all damages or losses that may occur as a result of, or indirectly related to, the voucher program.
Norfolk County assumes no responsibility or liability, and Norfolk County does not make any warranties or representations of any nature whatsoever with regard to the program.
In the event that a voucher is used to purchase an item or service less than the value of the voucher, the business should provide change to the customer, and Norfolk would later reimburse the business in full.
The voucher may not be exchanged for cash.
Businesses must submit an invoice, the vouchers they receive, and receipts of said transaction no later than November 10, 2023, in order to be reimbursed. Late submissions may not be accepted or reimbursed.
Following a satisfactory review from Staff, Partner Establishments will be reimbursed by the County for the full value of vouchers redeemed in one lump sum.
All Partner Establishments who submit by the deadline will have their payments processed by December 22, 2023.
Partner Establishments must possess Commercial General Liability Insurance, underwritten by an insurer licensed to conduct business in the Province of Ontario for a limit of not less than $2M per occurrence, and an aggregate limit of not less than $5M.
