Upon notification by the owner of livestock or poultry killed or injured within Norfolk County, the Livestock Valuer shall carry out the provisions of the Protection of Livestock and Poultry from Dogs Act, R.S.O. 1990, Chapter L. 24, as amended, including a full investigation and subsequent detailed written report of the extent of the damage to livestock or poultry.

This is an occasional position as investigations shall take place on a very infrequent basis with a small remuneration per investigation.

All appointees will be required to attend a training seminar to be scheduled on an upcoming date.
