The Norfolk County Planning Department is hosting a community meeting regarding a proposed Official Plan and Zoning By-Law amendment (file number OPNPL2019256/ZNPL2019257), located at 323 St. George Street in Port Dover. Staff are interested in receiving community input on this proposal and answering any questions.

The application proposes to establish a four bedroom rooming house with a detached retail store/potential future residential rental unit. Periodic pop-up events and relief from the minimum required parking provisions are also proposed.

When: Wednesday, September 25, 2019 – 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

Where: Port Dover Community Centre, 801 St. George Street, Port Dover

What: A meeting with the community to receive feedback and input on the proposed development. Staff will give a presentation, followed by time for discussion and feedback.
