Effective April 4, 2022, Norfolk County residents will have a new way to report streetlights being out.
Residents can fill out a form at norfolkcounty.ca/streetlights – or call ServiceNorfolk at 519-426-5870 or 226-NORFOLK Ext. 0 between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, or 1-877-298-5888 after hours.
To complete the repair, the following information is required:
- Street Name
- Town or Village
- Streetlight number (which appears on the yellow plate located on all streetlight poles)
- Description of the Issue/Concern
Standard repairs can take up to 30 days to complete.
