Residents will soon be able to beat the heat at the County’s two splash pads, which are set to open Saturday, July 18.
The unsupervised facilities – located in Delhi and Simcoe – will be open 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven day per week.
For everyone’s safety, maximum capacity will be 10 people at any given time, and equipment will be regularly disinfected.
Public washrooms will not be available.
Those visiting the splash pads are asked to wash or disinfect their hands before entering the facility. Visitors are also asked to limit the amount of time spent at the splash pad if others are waiting for access.
The splash pads will be open until the end of August.
