Norfolk County is reminding residents that payment of the final installment of property tax bills is due November 30.

The due date had been delayed to ease the burden on those dealing with the economic impact of COVID-19.

Normally the final tax installment is due at the end of October.

In-person payment can be made Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Robinson Administration Building at 185 Robinson Street, Suite 100, in Simcoe. New! Property taxes may now be paid in person by credit card (fees apply).

In-person payment cannot be made at any other County building.

Additional payment options include:

  • In person at most financial institutions
  • At any ATM machine in Canada
  • Online or telephone banking
  • Post-dated cheque
  • By mail
  • By credit card through-third party provider (i.e. Plastiq)
  • At night deposit boxes at County Administration Buildings in Delhi, Langton or Simcoe

Reminder: When paying in person, by phone, or online, be sure to have your tax bill on hand. Your property roll number is the 15-digit number on your bill. If 16 digits are required, add a zero on the end. If paying by mail or by post-dated cheque, please include your tax stub.
