March 2, 2020, Simcoe, ON – Put on your green t-shirt and dust off that green top hat – Port Dover is celebrating St. Patrick’s Day!
The spirit of the east coast will be alive and well Mar. 21 in support of the Port Dover Harbour Museum.
Back by popular demand, Celtic band NorFOLK – led by Newfoundlander Dave Jensen – will take to the stage at the Port Dover Community Centre to perform classics such as “Irish Rover” and “Black Velvet Band”.
The event has been so popular in recent years that staff moved its location to a larger venue for 2020.
“We’re very excited to be able to host more people,” said Port Dover Harbour Museum curator Angela Wallace. “We already know folks in the area love this event and we can’t wait to have an even bigger party.”
