COVID-19 has upended what is traditionally one of the busiest times of the year for Norfolk County Parks & Recreation, for Norfolk County Heritage & Culture and at Norfolk County Public Library. With some imagination and creativity, staff members have worked hard to develop a variety of  programming that is safe, fun, encourages participation, and provides an opportunity for children to make friends and learn something new while still respecting provincial public health guidelines.

Norfolk County Public Library, Heritage & Culture and Parks & Recreation are excited to announce a new virtual summer program for kids called We’re All In This Together.

This free program encourages participants to stay, play and learn in the comfort of their own home or backyard.   A 15-minute video will be presented by each of the partners on the following dates: July 15, July 29, and August 12.

A different theme will be explored each session and will include a variety of activities along with additional resources for further, independent exploration.

All sessions will be available at http://www.norfolkcounty.ca/ncathome/

Each department is also offering additional programming.
