Norfolk County’s meetings just got more accessible. Live streams will now feature live captioning to improve accessibility for people who are Deaf or hearing impaired. Viewers can turn on live captioning by selecting the “cc” icon in the bottom right corner of the live stream.
Closed captioning is generated using artificial intelligence, so there may be inaccurate spellings or interpretations of words, depending on the speaker’s speed, accent, and word pronunciation.
