February 11, 2020, Simcoe, ON – Norfolk County has launched a new digital tool aimed at getting more information about development into the hands of residents.

The interactive map features a birds-eye view of the development applications – zoning by-law amendments, minor variances, subdivision plans, etc. – currently being processed by the County.

The map is updated hourly and includes details on each application as well as contact information for lead planners.

The tool is in addition to the wide range of interactive maps developed by Norfolk’s GIS team, which allow residents to explore the county’s trail system, recreational areas, boundaries, schools, cemeteries and more.

The new map can be found here.
