Residents should be advised that the Norfolk Family Health Team will be leaving the County-owned Port Rowan Medical Centre as of March 31, 2023.
The Medical Centre team has decided to move to another location within Port Rowan.
“Norfolk County wishes the family health team well with their decision to leave the county facility. We are pleased that they will be staying in the Port Rowan Community,” said Norfolk County Mayor Amy Martin. “The group has provided a great service to the residents of Port Rowan and area and I’m certain they will continue to do so in their new location,” added Councillor Tom Masschaele.
As for the future of the Medical Centre, staff will be submitting a report to Council later in 2023 proposing options for this building.
