Norfolk County is proud to present a fourth installment of the Business Resources (BRiNC) happening this October. Four workshops will be delivered between two days, October 11 and 18, at no charge to attendees.

The project will be the latest collaboration between Hamilton’s Innovation Factory and Norfolk County Economic Development to deliver skill-building workshops through the BRiNC pilot program. In the webinar series, eligible applicants will have the chance to learn from experts in the fields of high-level planning, sales, digital marketing, and human resources. Participants can also apply for one-on-one mentorships with the esteemed presenters to receive customized advice tailored to their business.

The Small Business Success Series will be delivered by outstanding business professionals such as Mark Elliot, a founder of VA Partners, Riley Moynes, Incubator Manager at The Forge Business Incubator, Katelyn Sinclair, Founder at Fresh Digital, and Ian Levitt, founder of Devreve.

The BRiNC is a one-year pilot project offered by Norfolk County Economic Development in collaboration with Venture Norfolk and funded in part by the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture Food and Rural Affairs and Venture Norfolk. It capitalizes on Norfolk County’s strong entrepreneurial culture by helping to launch and scale successful businesses through access to locally relevant entrepreneurship programs, mentoring and support.
