Child swimming

Swimming lessons are back and we want to ensure everyone is safe at the facility, around the deck, and in the water.

Please note that due to the pandemic and the priority to ensure the health and safety of staff and the community, we will be offering lessons with additional safety protocols in place.

Swimming lessons will be modified to follow guidelines and health precautions as set out by the Ontario Government and the Lifesaving Society.

All lessons will be taught by a qualified Lifesaving Instructor.

As of June 9, 2022, instructors are being permitted to return to the water. Parents are no longer obligated to participate in their child’s lessons beyond Parent & Tot lessons.

Please help keep our staff and fellow swimmers safe, if your child is not feeling well we ask that they refrain from participating in lessons.

Watch for updates as this requirement may change.
