A gentle yoga practice for all fitness levels. Come and explore the many benefits that yoga has to offer the mind and body. Yoga has been shown to improve sleep quality, help control blood sugar, alleviate arthritis pain, increase balance and moderate chronic pain. Please dress for comfort and bring your own towel and fitness mat.
