Virtual Fitness with Lisa

Stay Active and inspired by joining Norfolk County’s Virtual Fitness Classes with a qualified instructor right at home.

Virtual Classes will be hosted through Microsoft Teams, so participants will require a device with a camera and speaker to be able to see and hear the instructor ie: tablet, smartphone.

Pre-registration/payment is required one week prior to each class. Login/participation information will be emailed to participants prior to class.

Each class will include a combination of cardio and toning exercises and are designed for all levels of fitness. Equipment required: 3-5lbs weights and an exercise mat.

Cost is $5 per class.

Nordic Pole Walking

Stay Active and inspired by joining Norfolk County’s Nordic Pole walking and fitness program with a qualified instructor.

Each class will be a combination of a one-hour Nordic Pole walking session and toning/stretching exercises. This program is designed for all levels of fitness. Nordic poles will be provided.

Outdoor Fitness Classes

Stay active and inspired by joining Norfolk County’s Outdoor Bootcamp Class with a qualified instructor. Each class will include a combination of cardio and toning exercises. Classes are designed for all levels of fitness.

Equipment required: 3-5lbs weights and an exercise mat.

Pre-registration and payment are required one week prior to class. $10 per class.
