Fees
Ice Pad
- Prime time (weekends all day and weekdays from 5-10pm) – $204.00 plus HST per hour
- Morning Non-Prime (Weekdays from 6:30am-1:00pm) – $86.00 plus HST per hour
- Non-Prime (Weekdays from 1:00-5:00pm and 10:00-11:30pm) – $145.00 plus HST per hour
Multipurpose Room
- $13.10 plus HST per hour with ice rental
- $26.20 plus HST per hour without ice rental
- 25% non-profit discount applicable to room rentals only
72-hour discount rate
Ice booked within 72 hours of the rental time qualifies for a 30% last-minute discount. Applicable to new bookings only, not on changes made to existing contracts. - Please book online through your ENCORE account.
- Rentals with less than 5 days’ notice are required to be booked by phone. Please call 519-426-5870 or 226-NORFOLK ext. 1016 to book Monday to Friday or ext. 2233 on Saturday/Sunday.
