Norfolk County has launched a paid parking pilot project for Summer 2022.

The pilot project will run from June 15 to September 15, 2022, in Port Dover, Long Point, and Turkey Point. Please see below for more information.

Designated/Marked Accessible Parking Spaces Anyone with an MTO-issued Accessible Parking Permit can park in a marked Accessible parking space in the Paid Parking zone and not pay a parking fee to do so.   Parking elsewhere in the Paid Parking zone with an Accessible Parking Permit will incur parking charges.

 


parking Paid parking on Walker St., a portion of St. George St., Harbour St., and the  Clinton Street Municipal Lot is in effect 7 days/week from June 15 to September 15. Paid parking hours are daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
  • Parking in Paid Parking Zone – Fail to Pay fee — $75
  • Parking in Paid Parking Zone – expired session —$75

  • $5/hour, with the first hour free. Motorists must utilize the mobile app or pay station to access the free first hour.
  • Payment on the hotspot.ca mobile app, or nearest pay station.

Parking violations
  • Please take notice of the following increases to parking violations:
  • Parking in a waterfront area No Parking zone - $100
  • Parking in excess of permitted times in a waterfront area - $75
By-Law will be enforcing these violations.
