The Cornerstone Association of Realtors is sponsoring two family swims over the holiday break.

Free family swims include:

Saturday, December 27, 2025: from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Saturday, January 3, 2026: from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Norfolk offers a wide variety of year-round aquatics activities, from drop-in recreational swimming and aquafit to advanced leadership and lifeguard preparation.

Drop-in Swimming

Find drop-in pool schedules for recreational swimming, including Lengths Swim for lap swimming, Leisure Swim for relaxed, open swimming, and Family Swim for all ages to enjoy together.

Drop-in Aquatic Fitness

Check out the schedule for our Aquafit classes, where you can enjoy water-based exercises set to music, and our Mobility classes, designed to help you enhance your flexibility and range of motion.

Norfolk's aquatics team offers swimming lessons for all ability levels. Lessons follow the Lifesaving Society program to help develop lifelong swimming skills.

Advanced Aquatics Leadership

Explore advanced aquatics courses, including Bronze Medallion, Bronze Cross and Lifeguard Preparation, where you will develop critical lifesaving skills and prepare for advanced training and certification.
