SIMCOE, ON – November 16, 2018 – Approximately 1400 residents and businesses in Simcoe will be affected by curbside collection day changes beginning on December 4, 2018. Notices to the affected residents and businesses were sent out in the mail at the beginning of November.

Residents that live in the area south of the Queensway, north of Lynndale Road and between Norfolk Street North and Ireland Road will have their collection day changed to a Tuesday collection beginning Tuesday December 4, 2018. A map of the exact area affected by these changes is included below.

Residents and businesses that live in the area south of Robinson Street, north of South Drive, east of Queen Street and west of Pond Street and Owen Street will have their collection day changed to a Wednesday collection beginning on Wednesday December 5, 2018. A map of the exact area affected by these changes is included below.

A reminder to residents that garbage and recycling should be placed at the curb by 7 a.m. on your collection day to ensure your material is picked up. The time at which your garbage and recycling is normally collected may be different with the collection day changes.
