February 2015 – Black History Month
- Canadians take this time to celebrate the many achievements and contributions of black Canadians who, throughout history, have done so much to make Canada the culturally diverse, compassionate and prosperous nation it is today.
February 1 – Eating Disorder Awareness Week (EDAW)
- Eating Disorder Week seeks to raise awareness of the prevalence and impacts of eating disorders, to shed light on dangerous myths that surround them and celebrate the natural diversity of our bodies.
February 15 – National Flag Day
- National Flag Day in Canada commemorates the February 15 1965 inauguration of the Canadian national flag, which features a red maple leaf on a red and white background.
