May 31 – Don’t fret, Norfolk County motorists, Radical Road will soon be radically improved.
Earlier this month, Radical – which sits west of Port Dover – was named the second worst road in western Ontario by CAA. Fortunately, help is on the way.
Reconstruction of Nelson Street West (which becomes Radical Road) from Mergl Drive to 400 metres east of Cumberland Street will begin in 2020. Work includes resurfacing as well as water main, sanitary sewer and stormwater infrastructure replacements.
