Requirements: 
  1. The applicant must replace a 13 Litre or greater toilet with a 6 Litre or less toilet
  2. The applicant's building must be built prior to 1996
  3. The applicant's building must have a connection to Norfolk County's municipal water system
  4. Obtain an application form online or at the locations listed below
  5. Submit an application form and the original sales receipt to the Delhi Administration Building
  6. Dispose of your old toilet on your regular garbage pickup day - tank must be separated from bowl
The County suggest that the Applicant refer to Veritec Consulting Inc. and Koeller and Company's Maximum Performance (MaP) Testing of Popular Toilet Models (see www.veritec.ca under "Reports") when selecting a new replacement toilet.  This information should be available from any plumbing supply vendor/disributor.

This program has a limited amount of funding available per year; as such, the County reserves the right to refuse an application once the funding has been exhausted.  There is a maximum of two (2) rebates per residential property (single family dwelling, townhouse unit, condominium unit, semi-detached unit, duplex unit).  There is a maximum of six rebates per calendar year for multi-residential (apartment buildings), industrial, commercial, and institutional properties.  The applicant must be the property owner or an anthorized representative.  Please see the FAQ page (link at bottom of webpage) for scenarios and clarificaiton.


The County may require an inspection of the toilet installation within 12 months of application.
